1.NDZ undertakes responsibility to response and deal with customer's inquiry and complains in short time

2. NDZ offers quality warranty period of one year after delivery and supply long-term service to end-users.
1) If equipment failure is not caused by incorrect operation, NDZ will be responsible for repairing until the problem is solved.
2) If equipment failure is due to incorrect operation, NDZ will also send people to solve it,but we need charge the customer for the parts repaired, we will supply customers'spare parts at favorite price.

3. NDZ will continually offer customers prompt long-term service when warranty time expires, but we will charge customers reasonable service cost.

4. NDZ will make periodically visit to the end-user's place, to supply on-the-spot instruction and service every year. If potential problem or improvement point are found, we will assist to solve it.
